CAP are involved in a
number of national organisations in order to try to bring the
experiences of the local community in Ballymun to the attention of
decision-makers. At
present: CAP
is a member of several national networks addressing the issue of
social inclusion. These are the European Anti Poverty
Network, the Irish National
Organisation of the Unemployed, and the Community
Workers Co-operative.
CAP
is very active in the Eastern Region Network of the Community
Development Support Programme and has a representative on the CDSP
National Advisory Committee.
CAP
are also involved in the National, Economic and Social Forum
Assembly and in the Combat Poverty
Agency evaluation of the National Anti Poverty Strategy.
